Concealed carry classes to be held October 13-14

APPLE RIVER–Law enforcement professional Tim Wuebben is holding a concealed carry firearm class on Saturday, Oct. 13, and Sunday, Oct. 14.

Two courses are offered, a 16-hour class and an eight-hour class. To qualify for the eight-hour class, one must have a copy of a DD214, an NRA pistol, home security or outside the home security, or prior law enforcement or correctional officer firearms training. All participants must be at least 21 years old.

Also required for the class, is a copy of your drivers license, FOID card, any certifications, phone number and email address. A debit or credit card will also be accepted at the beginning of the course.

The 16-hour class is $175 and the eight-hour class is $125. Class size is limited to 20, with a minimum size of 10 students.
