WARREN–Charles “Charlie” D. Fosler, 77, Warren, passed away on Wednesday, Jan. 6, 2021, at Meriter Hospital, Madison, Wis., with his family by his side.
A graveside service will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 23, at Elmwood Cemetery in Warren. Officiating the service will be intern Dayna Weltzin.
Following the graveside service, join the family at the Jo Daviess County Fairgrounds in Warren to share a story or memory and have a brew and a bite to celebrate Charlie.
A memorial has been established in his memory.
