County’s COVID numbers reach 1,079
GALENA–As of Monday, Nov. 30, Jo Daviess County reported 1,079 COVID-19 cases since the spring.
There were 67 new cases since Monday, Nov. 23, and 36 new cases since Nov. 25. This is the lowest weekly increase for Jo Daviess County since Oct. 19.
Approximately 900 of these cases have recovered.
There have been 15 deaths in the county since the start of the pandemic.
As of Saturday, Nov. 28, the three highest areas in the county for COVID have been 312 cases in the 61036 zip code (Galena), 210 cases in the 61085 zip code (Stockton) and 173 cases in the 61025 zip code (East Dubuque).
