12 new COVID-19 cases in Jo Daviess County since Monday, Sept. 20

The Jo Daviess County Health Department is reporting 14 additional COVID-19 cases since Monday, September 20. The regional seven-day rolling average positivity rate is at 5.1 percent and the county seven-day rolling average positivity rate is at 9.3 percent. According to the CDC Data as of Wednesday, September 22, Jo Daviess County has a high level of community transmission.

The health department also announces that the state of Illinois has issued a proclamation honoring the response efforts of the Medical Reserve Corps, including those members in Jo Daviess County, during the COVID-19 pandemic.
