According to Jo Daviess County Public Health Administrator Sandra Schleicher, testing is open to all individuals at no cost, but Schleicher recommends bringing an insurance card to the testing location.

Individuals tested will be called with results within 48 hours.

Schleicher reiterated that anyone can be tested, with or without symptoms.
