GALENA–Ellen Marguerite Whippo (nee Lloyd), Galena, passed away on Nov. 15, 2020, at Sunset Park Place, Dubuque, Iowa.
A memorial service will be held when it is safe to gather. Cremation rites will be accorded. Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena, is assisting the family.
