Eugene “Gary” Mulgrew
EAST DUBUQUE–Eugene J. “Gary” Mulgrew, 83, East Dubuque, passed away Monday, March 13, 2023 at Ennoble Manor Care Center.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 a.m. Monday, March 20 at St. Matthew Catholic Church, Shullsburg, Wis., with the Rev. Peter Lee officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
Visitation will be from 2-4 p.m. on Sunday, March 19, at the Miller Funeral Home in East Dubuque, and from 9:15-9:45 a.m. on Monday at the church.
