James ‘Jim’ Trannel

DUBUQUE, Iowa–James A. “Jim” Trannel, 73, Dubuque, Iowa, formerly of East Dubuque, passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021 at home surrounded by his family.

Visitation will be from 2-7 p.m. on Sunday at the Miller Funeral Home in East Dubuque. There will be no public visitation on Monday morning. Please respect face masks, social distancing and occupancy requirements.

Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:00 a.m. Monday, May 3, 2021 at the Cathedral of St. Raphael, with Msgr. Thomas Toale officiating. Burial will be in the East Dubuque Cemetery. The funeral mass will be live-streamed on The Miller Funeral Home Group Facebook page.
