HAZEL GREEN, Wis.–Lael Theresa Larkin, 75, passed away on May 8, 2021, at St. Dominic Villa, Sinsinawa, following a six-week battle with cancer.

A gathering will be held from 2-4 p.m., Sunday, June 6 at the Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena. A funeral Mass will be held 11 a.m., Monday, June 7 at St. Francis de Sales Catholic Church, Hazel Green. Officiating will be the Rev. Dan Davis.

A committal service will be held in Calvary Cemetery, Sioux City, at 9:30 a.m. on Wednesday, June 9 officiated by Deacon Fred Karpuk.

In lieu of flowers, Lael requested that all memorials are given to Hospice of Dubuque, hospiceofdubuque.org/donation.
