EAST DUBUQUE–Bernard H. “Bernie” Soat, 86, East Dubuque, passed away on Tuesday, Sept. 5, 2023, at Stonehill Care Center in Dubuque, Iowa, surrounded by his family.
Visitation for Bernard will be held at the Miller Funeral Home in East Dubuque on Sunday, Sept. 10, with Rosary at 1:30 p.m., followed by a visitation from 2-5 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, Sept. 11, at St. Mary’s Catholic Church in East Dubuque, with the Rev. Dennis Vargas officiating. Burial will be in the East Dubuque Cemetery.
