ELIZABETH–Diane June Swanson Kostecki, 76, of the Elizabeth area, passed away July 10, 2023 at Dubuque Specialty Care.
There will be a brief visitation at Law Jones Funeral Home in Elizabeth on Saturday, July 15, from 11-11:40 a.m. We will then process to Woodbine Cemetery for a committal service.
