WAVERLY, Iowa–Edward J. Brown, Waverly, Iowa, passed away Friday, July 7, 2023, at NorthCrest Specialty Care, Waterloo, Iowa.
A funeral Mass will be held at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, Aug. 5 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Galena, where friends may gather after 10:30 a.m. until the time of mass.
The burial will be held at a later date.
A celebration of life will continue at the Irish Cottage, Galena, following the mass. The Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena, is assisting with local arrangements.
