GALENA–Brian Lenstra, 67, Galena, passed away Saturday, Aug. 29, 2020, at his home after a courageous battle with cancer.

A private family service will be held Wednesday, Sept. 2. Burial will be in Greenwood Cemetery, Galena. Due to COVID-19 the family is requesting anyone wishing to pass along their condolences may do so from 4-6 p.m., Wednesday, Sept. 2 at the Furlong Funeral Chapel. They are asking those who attend to please remain in their vehicles to greet the family outside the funeral home. Social distancing and masks are requested. Cremation rites have been accorded. The Furlong Funeral Chapel, Galena, is assisting the family.

Memorials may be given to the Galena Fire Department or Jo Daviess Conservation Foundation (JDCF) in memory of Brian.
