GALENA–Donald “Buckshot” Curley, 85, Galena, passed away unexpectedly Wednesday, Aug. 26, 2020, at his home with his beloved companion JJ by his side.

Funeral services will be held at noon on Saturday, Sept. 5 at St Michael Catholic Cemetery, Galena, where friends may call after 11 a.m. until time of service. Social distancing and masks requested. Military rites will be accorded at graveside by Galena VFW Post 2665 and American Legion Post 193. In lieu of flowers, please donate to The Workshop Community Meals Program or Galena High School Athletic Department in memory of Don.
