“Rain, melting snow and large ice floes last Tuesday night caused the Galena River to overflow its banks, stranding this Rocket Lines bus on the road south of the highway 20 bridge. The vehicle was parked there without a battery and was trapped by the rapidly rising water. Here with the help of Fred Nath (driving truck), Ralph Everist, George Kitto and Jim Hillard prepared to make necessary repairs so the bus can be moved.”
