No formal Memorial Day ceremony in Apple River due to COVID-19

APPLE RIVER–The Apple River American Legion announces that due to COVID 19 restrictions, there will be no formal Memorial Day ceremony this year in Apple River.
Village and cemetery flags will be displayed and the Memorial Triangle flag will stand at half-staff until noon when it will be raised to full staff and saluted by legion members.
