Last week while shuffling through one of my favorite and oldest cookbooks, I spotted something called a Nantucket cranberry pie. I was looking for a quick dessert that involved few ingredients, little effort and ingredients that I had on hand. Since there were no cranberries to be found in my refrigerator or freezer, I went with a mixture of frozen cherries and blueberries.
