ELIZABETH–Eugene J. Kelley, Jr., died on Dec. 3, 2022, due to complications of Parkinson’s disease. He was 85 years old.

NEW LONDON, Wis.–Joanne Ruth Lancaster, 90, New London, Wis., formerly of Apple River, passed away on Christmas Day, Dec. 25, 2022, in her home at the Washington Center Assisted Living in New London.
